Manchetts Rescue and recovery manage a 24-hour control room 365 days a year. Where employed are 6 full-time staff who co-ordinate recovery services. With anywhere from 25 - 40 recovery jobs per 24-hour period, our staff are meticulously trained in their area of responsibility.

We utilise the state of the art 'V-track' software systems. These systems incorporate a 'Turbo' dispatch system, where work instructions are transferred electronically and are also invoiced back to the customer electronically. Aside from the massive cost reductions and error-free work instructions, these systems offer our customers 'Real Time' information on the progress of recovery work.

We are currently evaluating GPS (Satellite Positioning) technology for utilisation within our business.
