Workshop cleaner vacancy. Manchetts is very much a family run business with over 100 employees. The business sees growth year on year across the different areas – Recovery, Commercial, Isuzu and Patersons.
Manchetts Newmarket is a multi-franchise HGV, car service and repair garage, committed to becoming the best service provider in the industry. We pride ourselves on being part of the Newmarket community. Our fully equipped workshop is available to all commercial vehicle repairs and servicing and houses a large team of in-house technicians, along with our dedicated parts department which services other repair agents and members of the public.
We have a vacancy for a Workshop Cleaner at our Newmarket site. We have 3 service pits and a five-bay workshop which require daily cleaning and floor polishing.
Duties
To manage general rubbish and the scrap metal bins
To manage the cleanliness of the workshop floors along with the use of an industrial cleaner.
To manage the cleanliness of the service pits and maintain the standard.
To manage the cleanliness of the outside yard as required and to maintain a tidy standard waste disposal area.
Terms and Conditions:

Hours: evening hours by agreement.

23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Previous experience of working in a workshop environment would be useful, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
