Manchetts repair all makes and models of commercial vehicles from a small van to an articulated truck and trailer, or bus. Given our location in Newmarket, we have a wealth of experience for horsebox servicing and repair.
We operate MAN truck and bus and Renault car franchises in our fully equipped workshops, complete with on site parts supply.
We pride ourselves in being part of the Newmarket community and always talk you through any technical details so that you fully understand any work done on your vehicle. We always provide quotations and guarantee our workmanship and parts supply.

Manchetts have been our main maintenance provider for a few years now, I can honestly say since they have taken this on for us the level of service has been excellent.
The staff are all very helpful from Director level down to the technicians in the workshop, no job is too big, and they are always happy to go the extra mile to make sure our fleet is repaired in a timely manner.

NHS Blood and Transplant Cambridge have used Patterson’s body shop Newmarket, for the past five years, and they our preferred supplier for this area. We have always been offered the highest level of service from the initial phone call, through inspection, collection and repair to the return of the vehicle after completion of repair. If repair space or time is not available with them we will not send our vehicles to another agent as we can be assured of the quality of service which we all expect but sadly so rarely receive.
Through-out all the repairs completed, we have not had any cause for complaint relating to either simple contact or more importantly quality of repair. We can rely on the work being completed to schedule and more importantly to the highest possible standard. Even during the past year of lock down when continuity of service was so vital we were not disappointed.
My only regret is that we cannot send vehicles larger than sprinter vans as repair space is limited for vehicle above this size.

Congratulations of your 60th year anniversary!
We would like to thank Manchetts and Paterson’s for all the help, hard work and great service we have received over the last fourteen years. As a small family business its good to know who you can trust and trust them we do.
We’ve had two emergencies this week and both Paterson’s and Manchetts both stepped up to help us. Firstly Paterson’s were able to paint two trailer skirt panels for us, in fact they turned them around in two days! Then, we needed to have a Tacho looked at and Manchetts fitted us in. You can’t ask fairer than that.
