Service Advisor

Manchetts - Sleaford

Work Location: In person

From £30,000.00 per year

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team in Sleaford.


This is a key position within our organisation and one which requires the right level of skill and commitment to getting the job done right every time at this crucial first point of customer contact.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Provide first class customer service levels through clear and effective communication
  • Help organise, plan and control all front-of-house activities including personnel
  • Newsletter and social media preparation
  • Stationery and Canteen supply ordering
  • Assistance of external and franchise Audit preparation
  • Administration of Courtesy car rental system
  • Administration of Training Records
  • Load workshop to planned levels achieving the required utilisation measure
  • Raise job cards correctly with all necessary information
  • Liaise with customers keeping them informed of job progress and completion
  • Outbound calls to customers reminding them of scheduled maintenance and promoting new products and service

Desirable requirements

  • Xpower knowledge will be an advantage
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Required experience

  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Good and effective communicator at all levels
  • Computer literate
  • Service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
