Van Technician

Manchetts - Sleaford

Work Location: In person

£35,000.00 - £43,000.00 per year

Manchetts is looking for a full-time, experienced Van Technician to join our team, who will thrive on working for a family run business which prides itself on meeting customers' expectations and repairs first time while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Servicing and repairing vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines up to 3.5 tonne vehicles
  • Maintain communication with all departments regarding repair timescales
  • Work within a team and on own initiative

Desirable requirements

  • Previous experience working within a Franchise is preferred but not essential
  • Current MOT tester licence (Class 4/7) would be an advantage but is not essential

Required experience

  • Minimum of a level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in light vehicles
  • Experienced with diagnostic processes and equipment
  • Good diagnostic skills and enjoy problem-solving
  • Flexible approach to tasks and a strong work ethic
