New Certification

“FORS is the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme which promotes best practice for vehicle operators, especially around safety, efficiency, and environmental impact,” explained Gemma Manchett, on behalf of the ManchettsRecovery team. 



“It’s a good way to show that we are legally compliant, well managed and operating safely with the processes we have in place. We have both 6 and 8 weekly inspections listed on our O licence, and I had to demonstrate that all our vehicles follow a maintenance planner and agreement we have in place with ManchettsNewmarket commercial workshops.Further documentary evidence was required for driver records, CPC, tacho, O Licence certifications, and finally I had to present a year’s worth of fuel usage and ad blue usage and workout the emissions per vehicle/per year.. and then produce a carbon reduction plan alongside that.
